You should know how Offybox Garage Doors works and how we earn money. This page says it plainly. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
Offybox Garage Doors is a referral and marketing business. We connect homeowners with independent garage door repair and installation providers. Providers do the work.
We do not repair doors, replace springs, install openers, sell parts, or do any other garage door work.
If you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may also go to a marketing partner that works with providers near you.
Providers or marketing partners may pay Offybox Garage Doors for calls, form requests or other referrals. The amount can depend on things like call length, or whether someone picks up. We may be paid whether or not you hire the provider.
These payments do not change the price a provider quotes you. You pay the provider directly for work you approve. The provider sets the price.
Providers are separate businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Offybox Garage Doors. Each provider alone is responsible for:
A referral is not an endorsement. We make no promise about any provider's work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on who is part of our network at that moment.
Nobody has to hire a provider we connect them with. Ask questions. Check credentials. Get a written quote. Compare other options before you choose.
Calls made through this site may be tracked. In some cases they may be recorded. This is for quality, verification and billing.
